Hi, I had a fresh install and did exactly as was instructed, but it didn't work for me. The cutscenes have no sound. What is your GPU? What is your Windows 10 build version number H2? If you go higher it will give you broken cut scenes. Try the stuff from reshade folder see if it helps. To be clear the twitching is not super obvious but it's definitely there enough to be noticeable, like a sort of clunky movement.
