Seems to me that that version of W10 will be more aligned with demands of people running web servers and the like.
Not really that many benefits for audio people and before you say "but now you can use 2 and 4 CPUs", also note that using more than one physical CPU adds overheads when accessing memory NUMA , which is not a good thing for low latency audio performance.
