Something strange happened and it uninstalled Office. I had to reinstall again. No change in behavior. I do get a different behavior when I try to open one of the new profiles. I created the first registry key and tested it. No apparent change. So I created the second one and did see a change.

I'm going to run scanpst on the files they claim are "not outlook data files" and see what happens. I know I keep saying this, but I really do appreciate the time you've taken on this.
