The one you downloaded would be the Language Interface Pack which only changes the interface elements of Office You can create the shortcuts again if they are not changed to English.

Make sure that you are downloading and installing the bit language pack for Office As said, I dowloaded the 32 bits version, but somehow I can not get it working.
